Welcome to Phrenzi, the worlds first competitive engagement app where the amount of rewards customers earn from your establishment is directly proportional to their ranking against other customers.

Phrenzi Manager enables businesses to set up, manage, and monitor on all aspects of Phrenzi within the app: setting Phrenzi durations and prize percentages, creating and scheduling exciting Boosters, viewing real-time gameplay and results, receiving daily and monthly financial reports, and much more.

Overview of the Game

Objective:
Customers compete against each other at your establishment to collect the most points during time-limited contests called “Phrenzi.” Higher point earners receive greater rewards.

Duration:
Establishments have the ability to set the duration of each Phrenzi for any length of time from a minimum of one day.

Points:
Customers earn points throughout the duration of the Phrenzi by making purchases and by completing gamified calls-to-action, known as "Boosters, designed to help drive the visibility, credibility, and business of the establishment. Boosters may call a customer to purchase specific items within specific timeframes, share content on a social media platform, invite others to the establishment, complete surveys, perform certain tasks, and more. Boosters are customizable and easily set up by the establishment at any time. Numerous Boosters can be set to run at the same time.

Phrenzi Rewards:
A percentage (%) of each purchase, determined by the establishment, is collected from every transaction of participating customers throughout the duration of the Phrenzi. This crowdfunded prize is distributed, in the form of store credit, amongst top point earners (winners) at the end of the Phrenzi.

Other Rewards:
Additional incentives can be set up for each Phrenzi including Credit Boosters which give your customers instant cash back (in the form of store credit) for purchases and hidden prizes that will happily surprise your customers when unlocked through active participation.
